1. Who we are

JustMe ("the Service") is operated by Alec Bramell, based in Elmer, New Jersey, USA. Contact: justmehelpcontact@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

JustMe provides a code-protected, anonymous communication space for store teams. Store owners subscribe on a per-employee basis and receive a store code their team uses to join.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, threatening, or harmful content, attempt to de-anonymize other users, or interfere with the Service. We may remove content and revoke access for violations.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription charge. Email justmehelpcontact@gmail.com within 7 days to request a full refund. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a chance to export your data.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustMe and Alec Bramell are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
