Our approach

JustMe is built around anonymity. Employees join with a store code and never provide a name or email. We collect the minimum data needed to run the Service.

What we collect

• Owner accounts: email, store name, and billing details (handled by our payment processor).
• Anonymous sessions: a randomly generated session identity scoped to your store. No personal info.
• Content: ideas and chat messages you submit. These are visible to other members of your store.
• Technical data: standard logs (IP, browser) for security and abuse prevention. Not linked to anonymous content.

How we use it

To operate the Service, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve features. We do not sell your data.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors for hosting, database, and payments. They process data only on our behalf.

Data retention

Content remains until deleted by you, your admin, or you cancel your subscription. Account data is retained while active and removed within 30 days of account deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Children

JustMe is not intended for users under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
